Send it through the form with photos, placement, rough size and your preferred dates. Reference photos are optional but they speed everything up.
We review your project, recommend the artist and reply. For anything detailed or complex the consultation is necessary rather than optional.
Approve the timing, review the estimate and secure your date. e-Transfer, card or cash at the studio. With 7 days’ notice it moves with you.

Photo IDGovernment-issued, showing your date of birth. Every tattoo client needs it. At 16 or 17 a parent or legal guardian comes too, for the whole session.
A proper meal firstEat beforehand and bring water. Skip alcohol for 24 hours.
Loose, clean clothesAnything that gives easy access to the placement without rubbing on it afterwards.

Piercings work a little differently: walk-ins are often possible, depending on when our piercer is in. Call or text before you come in. Piercing prices and ages.
Follow the day-by-day aftercare guide. Complimentary touch-ups are offered when genuinely necessary, as judged by your artist; conditions apply.
We recommend 2 to 4 weeks, especially for detailed realism or large custom work. Smaller or simpler designs are often available sooner, and walk-ins are possible depending on availability.
For anything detailed or complex, yes. It is where you and your artist make sure you are picturing the same thing. Simpler pieces can often be planned through the form. Consultations are always free.
Valid government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth. A driver’s licence, passport or provincial photo ID card all work.
Yes, depending on artist availability and how busy the studio is. Call or text before you come in. It takes a minute and saves you a wasted trip.
Give us at least 7 days’ notice and your deposit moves to the new date. Missed appointments and last-minute changes need a new deposit, because that time was held for you and cannot be filled at short notice.
